  We’ve long known it informally to be the case, and now it’s official: the Andalucían city of Málaga is in the top three cities in Spain for artistic and cultural attractions and activities.  The rise in status, as reported by SUR in English , has been confirmed by the influential ‘Observatory of Culture’ index, which is produced every year by the FundaciónContemporánea.
